Hello everyone I have a question about my eligibility for a CHL, so when I was 16 a juvenile back in 2008 I was arrested and charged with a terroristic theat which I know is under title 5 penal code. I was in the juvenile detention center for about a month and when I was released i was not placed on probation or did not have to pay any fines of any sort. I turned 17 in april, two months following the charges. & On August of the same year my mother and I were called to the juvenile center and we're told that the charges were going to be dismissed and my juvenile record to be sealed as long as no other charges come up again for what I was charged with. so I was never convicted of that charge. Now I am 24 years of age and it has been seven years since the dismissal of the charge, have not had any run ins with the law and have kept my adult record clean, will I be eligible for a CHL if I applied?

You should make a new thread to avoid hijacking this thread. That being said, I think your good to go.

Isn't that what Charlie Manson said at his last parole hearing? :biggrinjester:
