He is on the North Loop 197 that goes from Hwy. 146 on the north side and curves around though Texas City and back out again to the south side back to Hwy 146. He is located if I remember right around 1826 Loop 197 North (25th Avenue North) Texas City, TX 77590. Telephone 409 948 0101. I pulled this up on GOOGLE and it was from a previous post here. He is in the same strip center as Village Pizza there. Good prices and good to deal with.
