...when did they become a CC state??? they required a license as of earlier this year...they are shall issue and open carry is unrestricted in public areas and generally accepted...as of the printing of the Traveller's Guide "Wyoming only authorizes concealed handgun carry with a license." OK, I found it...for residents only...signed in March and went into effect July...courtesy of Wiki, of all places...now someone can check and see what Wyo law says about juveniles/minors...I'm tired...

Constitutional Carry in WY require age 21 and older (as I said in my previous post).

...thanks for looking it up...scrolling down that link, you see that the age for applying for a permit is 18....a bit confoosin'...
