The ankle rig crossed my mind, But I just don't know if I would be comfortable with the time it would take me to retrieve it. Being new to concealing I don't like the idea of carrying say ankle at work and IWB away from work... Not sure how well I would adapt to two different positions, and maybe having to think about where it is in the case I suddenly needed it. I think I'm going to just try my TCP with my IWB and see if maybe I can get used to just not laying on my right side. Thanks to all once again for the suggestions.

I run a shop and carry my Seecamp .380 in a back pocket holster everyday. One of my techs carries a diamondback .380 in a back pocket holster as well. Works great getting in and out of cars, reaching up when they're on the rack, and keeps it safe when on a creeper or working under the alignment rack. Not to mention completely concealed all the time.

Thanks again for all the suggestions!
I have carried an LCP in a pocket holster at work, I worked on logging equipment and didn't have a problem.
I am since retired.

My uniform consists of a button up shirt untucked, and blue jeans. I'm leaning toward just pocket carrying my TCP. And if i purchase the XDS I'll probably just put it in my tool box during the days I'm actually having to work :thumbs2:

By the way my plastic Mailed on the 6th or 7th of Feb. :thewave
