They don't have to run checks. The ATF already knew those guns were going to Mexican narco terrorists and it was foreseeable they would murder innocent Americans.
The only logical explanation is they intended for Americans to die and they're co conspirators. De facto even if bribes and intimidation stop it from being de jure.

A-R wrote:This article is also the second time this week I've encountered the subtle-yet-scary buzz words "police-grade handgun" - having never heard it before.
It's pretty much exclusive to Rossen's flamboyant journalism, and is echoed by his sycophants. Helps us identify his fans that much easier

I'm guessing the ""police-grade handgun"" is one without a red tip on the barrel

Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding liberals that stops the truth from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future.

Gun control is not now, and never has been, about reducing crime, except in somebody's lying propaganda rhetoric. Gun control is being pushed now for the same reasons that Japan instituted "sword control" in 1600--giving a small elite the ability to control and exploit a much larger peasantry for fun and profit. Admittedly some advocates are deluded, but most of the top people in the anti-gun movement are smart enough to realize that gun restrictions will do nothing to reduce crime, but they keep pushing it. Ergo, they must have some other agenda. Maybe, it's time to call them on that.

I know its off-topic but I thought "blue laws" were about alcoholic beverages not being sold on Sunday? I don't remember the other stuff...

No need for background checks. All a felon needs to do is to go to the nearest ATF office, tell them they belong to a Mexican drug cartel and the ATF will provide anything they need, no questions asked.

You probably never went car shopping on Sunday. Even now

I left a comment about the story on MSNBC, when they take over, they now know where I am and that I probably have a gun.
This is why they make these awful anti-gun stories, to flush me out.
All I saw was pro gun comments. Wonder if anyone will read them.
Will MSNBC become a conservative beacon of truth now, because of my comment. No. But I feel better.

Today I kinda like parts of Sharia Law. In the paper they talked about the two male school teachers in California who blindfolded the young girls in their class and had a tasting party. Photographed it. Seems to me that cutting their (fill in the part used in the crime) off wouldn't be a bad thing to do in this case.

I don't do background checks.
I haven't asked any questions either.
That's because I haven't sold a gun yet.
I still have em all.
Moowahahahahahahaha.....

This is merely new spin on the old gunshow loophole argument, but the "Internet sales" angle will scare the uninformed masses.
I am in agreement with A-R. Nobama pulled all kinds of "stuff" knowing he would be facing a re-election, imagine what he will try to do when re-election isn't an option.

I'm curious as to how many people they actually contacted and how many refused to sell when the guy said "I probably wouldn't pass a background check".
I highly doubt 100% of the sellers completed the sale at that point. The people that did broke the law, but they were the ones used in the story to prove Rossen's point.
And the fact that he's getting his statistics from Mayors Against Illegal Guns, and the only interviews he shows are anti-gunners, shows his agenda.
