No it isn't a big deal......unless you have the misfortune of having to face a prosecutor with an agenda to pursue. I'm not saying it is morally wrong or anything like that. All I'm saying is that if all it is is Critical Defense ammo with a green tip and the "zombie killer" name, why not just carry the orange tip Critical Defense load and avoid any potential fallout if you actally wind up having to use it?

It is cheaper than the regular critical defense ammo and its sold in 50rd boxes.

I've seen it at almost $5 more per box. Sticking with the regular CD, thank you. Don't need to pay for a marketing ploy.
