Carry a 1911 on right hip and an XD45 in my briefcase in passangers seat while at work. still the 1911 and a P3AT in back pocket when not working.

It's no legal to run a red light, but if directed by a police officer it is legal. I would think same think would apply to carrying under MPA when asked to exit vehicle..IF you inform officer ahead of time that you are armed on person.

It is also illegal to allow someone else at a 4-way stop to go first, if you were there first..Thats what I was told by my DD teacher.

This is what I do for my car carry..At night it is invisible, and I have tinted windows, so during the day you can't see it unless your face is on my window, but never do that..





I used velcro on the console and gorilla glue from the holster to velcro..The guns weighed it down unitl I used the glue, and it stays perfectly.

Do you cover it with anything? IMHO, this would not be legal if you drove around with it like this uncovered.

...Four-way stops

There is, believe it or not, no specific law regarding who goes first at a four-way or all-way stop. The only applicable law states that drivers must stop and may enter the intersection only when it is safe to do so (§545.151). So that leaves the right-of-way assignment up to the drivers. To that end, there is a widely accepted convention that most drivers use to remove the guesswork. Basically, it's first-come, first-served. Implementing it is easy: when you stop at an all-way stop, look around and see who's already stopped. When they've all gone, it's your turn! If two or more people get there at the same time, then the protocol is that the person on the right should go first, and it should follow clockwise from there.

A long long time ago, when I took my DL test, the law or maybe just rule was that if two or more vehicles arrived at an intersection at the same time, the vehicle to the right had the right of way and should go first. It's rare now just to even see a vehicle come to a complete stop before proceeding.
