I live in Dallas and it was 92 yesterday. I also am overweight by quiet a bit and ride a motorcyle but still carry OWB. Its all in the belt, holster and clothing. My method of carry won't work for everyone but it works for me and was found after meeting a lot of people (most from this forum) tha allowed me to try on/try out their holsters. There are lots of friendly people here that wouldn't mind helping you out if asked.

BTW, I used to carry IWB until I quit smoking and gained weight and now I refuse to go an extra size larger in pants (although I am losing weight now).

Outstanding, thanks for the info ill certainly give it a try im also in the process of losing weight (lost 40 lbs so far) as I want to become a police officer but even if I dont become a police officer i'll probably get a second degree and take gunsmithing. and my style of carry as of right now is iwb on my hip and that seems to work pretty good. Also does anyone have some feedback on RM holsters?
