I am disappointed that MOLON LABE apparently is not on the list.

It reminds me of civil disobedience going back to the early days of the Internet and Usenet, people would put phrases like, "Too much cocaine could kill the president," in their signature lines of email and Usenet news posts. The idea was that it would trip up the secret gov'ment filters on the Interweb.

Every memeber here is monitored by DHS
Good ... saves me money since I won't need to buy and pay a subscription on a Life Alert
Wonder what I need to say to have then come by weekly for a visit and a spot of tea?
I had an 'attack' of bursitis the other day ..
'team' .... really? Like every sports thingy they are going to read? really?
Seriously They'll spend years trying to get the filters right or they'll never get time to actually monitor much of anything.
In a letter to the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counter-terrorism and Intelligence, the centre described the choice of words as 'broad, vague and ambiguous'.

Sounds to me like that should be the new Obama campaign slogan!

I wish one of y'all would just cut/paste/post the list.... I don't even open those links up. Every time I open those type links, I feel bad vibes.

They can scan all they want, they can't scan what is in my head. I love Freedom, and Self-defense, I guess that is A1 and A2, no?

You don't look a thing like Cliff Claven. He's MUCH better looking than you.
OTH, he doesn't have that sweet lookin' Garand......

Here you go, and it's in a raster image format, so it will be harder for them to scan:

And if "they" follow the link, it leads to a newspaper in the U.K., and not to your computermachine.
Some of these words are so generic that it would be difficult to see how they would have value in a scan. I mean, how many times has the word "police" been posted in this forum, and in how many kinds of contexts? We have 11,021 members, of whom 120 have 1,000 or more posts. Not to brag, but 4 of us including me have over 10,000 posts. We have 4,304 members who have 5 posts or more. We have 7,596 members with at least 1 post. I don't think it is an exaggeration to estimate that the word "police" (or some variation thereof) appears on these pages half a million times or more.
All of that said, I'm gratified to see that the words "Janet Napolitano is a toad" is not part of their search criteria or I'd already be passing time at Gitmo.

TAM.... thanks for imaging the "list". Now I can set up a text editor with a built in grammer nanny to edit any word on "the list" to simply appear as "*****" if I accidentally use one of the target words in a sentence. Obviously. none of those words have any legitimate use in a civilized society
I now feel so much more "secure in my person, house, papers, and effects"

I was shooting some hoops and doing passing drills with my friend who grew up in North Korea. We have different styles. I like to take the initiative to breach the man on man defense to attack the backboard. He has an explosive jump shot so he can standoff and be a threat from the 3 point zone. It's good exercise and you can feel the burn. The exposure to different styles also makes us better players.
I recall one time we played against two cops. One was local law enforcement and I think the other worked for homeland security or some organized crime task force. Anyway, it was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky and the game was down to the wire. I couldn't get to the hoop, so I bet you can guess my response. I passed to Kim and he sunk one from close to the half court line. It was a riot. Some girls even did the wave.
After the game I took a leak, ate some pork fried rice, then went home to crash.

Let them watch us! The more people they waste resources watching the less they can actually do. I seriously doubt they could stop a tearroriiist attak anyway considering a guy just walked on a plaine right by T-esS-A and was caught by a stewardess. (words changed for filters)
