I wear a dress shirt and tie every workday. I use a Comp-tac with M&P 9c or G19. NOBODY notices. As has been mentioned, the belt makes a huge difference.

To the OP, you may need to change EDC and go to a smaller one. Everyone is built differently and I find i show less when tucked than when not,,,,,unless I wear a gunny sack.

If you've got a holster like a Crossbred and there are two holster clips, so the tuckable while doesn't pattern your gun, it doesn't totally mask that you're carrying.
That's onw of the reasons why I suggest you go with something other than Crossbreed - Comp-Tac and White Horse Holsters both offer velcro clips that fit UNDER the belt, so there's nothing visible to say "hey, I'm armed". The J-hook clips which are also available are a lot less visible than the big black clips that are on the Crossbreed. And, if you want colored clips, to match pants or belt, the Comp-Tac also offers that possibility. All told, there are a lot of ways to hide the fact that you're wearing an IWB.
Crossbreed will sell you Velcro clips as well.
Ah! Didn't know that they offer the velcro clips now - they didn't when I went a-looking quite a while ago. :tiphat:

Loving my king tuk, the clips seem positioned a but wider than some others. The plain black steel clips are not all that obvious on my black aker gun belt.

I have 2 Crossbreed Super Tuck holsters. One old one with the old metal clips, the new with the velcro J-clips. I also bought a Crossbreed gun belt with the velcro sewn on the inside. I have had no problems with the gun moving or not being concealed.

Some here don't like the Crossbreed belts, but I like mine.

I am currently running a Comp-Tac Minotaur Spartan with a Full Size/5" 1911, and a Crossbreed Double Mag Carrier. I am amazed at how well these conceal, and with my shirt tucked in, it's just another day at work. It is a seamless concealment. I will say that I do tend to dress around my concealment, so I tend to wear a little more loosely fitting clothes anyway. Very comfortable holsters. The retention is perfect. Tight enough that the gun doesn't slip out, but not so tight as to prevent a smooth draw. Reholstering is easy and smooth.

VMKC - Kydex clips.
I did not know that;
I prefer hidden clips; no photo of them that's easy to locate
designed to attach directly to the waistband of your trousers. The Kydex clips DO NOT attach onto the belt. A proper gun belt should be utilized over top of the clips, both to support the weight of the weapon and to help conceal the clips from the casual observer.
