So CHLers are increasing crime rates?
No, he is saying the guy that used to stop someone in a convenient store parking lot and say "Give me all your money" is going to go break into a parked car and steal what he can out of it. One type of crime gets him shot, the other does not.

This has to be seen as a positive trend. Sure, bad guys are still going after property, but peoples' lives are in less jeopardy. Once again, our need for law enforcement officers doesn't go away, they are just able to devote their crime fighting efforts in a new direction.

No way will an armed populous prevent all crime, but Kennesaw, GA requires all (with a few exceptions) heads of household to own a gun... and crime is seemingly low.

So CHLers are increasing crime rates?
In bordering states that don't have CHL laws, maybe. But I doubt it. The recidivistic scumbags go where the prey is. I'd like to see, for example, if crime went up in SoCal once AZ enacted their gun laws.
Need to look for that John Stossel "Give Me a Break" on YouTube.

This sounds like the same solution to "solve" the homeless problem. Make things difficult for them so they move into someone else's neighborhood.

The bleeding heart politicians and judges increase crime rates by letting the bad guys roam the streets. Put them in prison or in the ground and the rates go down.
