Sounds like the guy was "fruit loops" and is right where he deserves to be.

No trespassing....no soliciting. Different signs, though legally, I don't know the difference.
hard to call that trespassing...especially if no verbal notice given first

Even if he was given verbal notice, he was not justified shooting the man.

Not justified in shooting him just for trespassing but maybe for trespassing plus threats. I haven't seen the video of the shooting so I don't have all the facts.
I sincerely apologize to anybody I offended by suggesting the Second Amendment also applies to The People who don't work for the government.

The shooting occurred in front of a house. There is no video.

As far as I can tell, the victim was trying to sell steaks and didn't provoke or threaten the shooter in any way. He was not even given the chance to leave the property before he was shot to death.

This appears to me to be anti-gun oriented.
Every so often when tragedy strikes involving a gun, gun rights become popular in politics. The left talks about tackling gun violence, while the right-wing cling to their guns and Second Amendment. Taking away guns from people is not the answer, but passing common sense gun legislation does make sense to most Americans. The problem with guns and gun rights in politics is that with the NRA and the conservative agenda of fear working overtime, any talk about limiting access to firearms, even to those who might be mentality unstable, is a political non-starter.
But the guy appears to have murdered the steak salesman.

Hmmm, could you claim it was in defense of another -- the 'other' being bovine? :smilelol5:

Sorry, no lock up, tax payers have to pay for that.........execute them.

This part is pure baloney.

Anyone here want nutcases to have guns?

Yeah, I didn't think so. Maybe reporters should actually interview somebody who is a responsible gun owner. But then they'd distort the interview anyway, so what the hey. :banghead:

And I would also claim that it is not the NRA promoting an "agenda of fear", but those who want to limit/ban gun access that are promoting a fearful reaction. (Fear of guns, and those who have/carry them.)
