Several of my in-laws are graduates of University of Santo Tomas.
My wife's aunt is is an OBGYN and Professor of Medicine there. I have almost pulled the trigger a few times on moving down to the PI and doing graduate school there.

Well then:
Elementary School: All over Texas
Junior High: Philippines
High School: Philippines
College: Ended up at Texas Tech (can there
be any better motto than "
Guns Up!"?)
Masters: Ended up at U.C. Irvine
Ph.D.: Started, but quickly ran away as if the whole Zombie Apocalypse were chasing me. I was 40 at the time and had already worked for two Fortune 1000 companies. This was not a technical, engineering, or science program. It was a business degree. And the professors had never, truly, worked a day in the real world. I packed up and waved goodbye.

As a matter of fact they did! During off times, visits to the safe villages we learned a LOT,.....including some of the local language.

UTEP 1974/75, transferred to TAMU
TAMU for one year (class of 78) before dropping out for reasons having to do with my marriage at the time.
Various stints in JuCo following, just taking classes that interested me.
Ever since then, I've been living/breathing/learning/teaching at TAMU (The Annoyed Man University).
