You were in the most heavily liberal part of the state.

Go to the other 86 counties and the picture looks substantially different.

If you get bored read the Ohio Revised Code 9.68 (I think thats the right code) but its states that you can open carry without a license. And I was also told this by many CCW instrutors. Just be prepared to be stopped by EVERY LEO! :headscratch
