Happy Birthday young 'un - - - I have you by six years and have similar aches and pains. Most of mine are self inflicted from being 10 feet tall and bulletproof in my misspent youth. I tell folks all the time if I had known it was going to hurt this badly I would have done more because the fun back then isn't worth the pain now; I know I would have done the same stuff anyway. Remember, old age isn't for sissies it takes a tough guy or gal to put up with life after 60. :thumbs2:

TAM - You lead a paradoxical existence, to wit: you have some medical issues and take some meds,
yet you are practicing out for a long run. Good for you.

I feel great but generally live by these general guidelines:

I can honestly say that I thank God every day for my great genes, resulting in feeling just as healthy
and happy now as when I was a teenager. The only thing that slows me down sometime is when my

and I believe that I will get there too.
