I ate at the one in Frisco yesterday. I didn't see any such sign there.

They are franchised operations. Some may choose not to participate.

The one in Plano is awful!! The place is just nasty. They could offer free chicken for a month and I wouldn't eat there. I assumed they were all dives. It is nice to read of a business offering a deal to CHL holders... Even if it is nasty tasting. It is the thought that counts.

Thank you! A new POPEYES opened last month in Tyler. You just about have to pull a gun to get a seat. YUMMO!
I've got DR. appmts. up there after lunch on the 2Oth. I hope they don't mind my chicken breath...too much.
