Thumbs down from me on customer service from CopsPlus.com, however. Not dishonest, just not well run. My experience was bad enough that I feel it's worth mentioning when the subject comes up.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming...
I think all our orders have been online through their portal, with no problems at all. Was it a customer service issue that we should be wary of?

A good carry belt will have inherent torsional rigidity to prevent the gun and holster from dangling outward.

I use the Galco Instructor belt and I am a great fan but be aware that not all of the "instructor belt" genre are equal. Galco makes this belt in "reinforced" (IBR and NIBR) belts with an internal stiffener and the standard, unreinforced model (IB and NIB). I cannot and do not recommend the non-reinforced belts and many on the market, from many different manufacturers, are not reinforced.

Nothing to be tremendously wary of. I'd just caution folks to understand that what they show in their online store--and the orders they accept through it--are not tied in any way to actual inventory. Your order might ship in couple of days, or after several weeks...and you won't know the status unless you keep checking your order on the Website; they don't notify you directly of delays or backorders, they don't publish a telephone number for customer service, and they don't respond to email.

In my case, it took me almost three weeks of emails and faxes to finally get an order cancelled that I didn't want to wait two months for. As I said, nothing dishonest--everything was worked out--but it took a frustrating amount of my time trying to get them to respond.
