The correct number is a 99.8116% chance that the crime will be committed by a non-CHL. My decimal was off.
Also, both mags are illegal in NY.
Still made for a good discussion. Thanks for the feedback.

The law doesn't go into effect until March 13, 2013, if it goes into effect at all.
