I'm cracking up thinking about the poor IT guy who scrambled all weekend to get that list up there. . . and then was told "take it down. we decided to go in a different direction."

I would say it would NOT prohibit a FOPA journey any more than the existing NY law did for previously banned firearms. It was the intent of the FOPA in the first place to prevent this issue.
