OP: If you can carry 2 guns OK, go for it. Texas CHL's are allowed to carry as many guns
as they can conceal.
Just recently I have taken to carrying 2 guns on me every day. Many times I wear 6 pocket
Dickie cargo pants. My new XDS goes in the right front upper "slash" pocket, while the SR9C
sits in the cargo pocket below it. Both are in Blackhawk pocket holsters, and each pocket
is dedicated to the pistols. No other items in those pockets makes for a fast draw of either.
My basic game plan if anything bad happens is that the XDS comes out first since it's a .45 ACP
in 5 + 1 configuration if in my pocket; 7 + 1 if it's in my OWB holster.
But if there was more than 1 threat, the Ruger would be drawn first since it's 10 + 1 when in the
pocket.
