I was supprised Alaska was No.7. The population in Alaska in 2003
was 696,000. I wouldn't have thought the crime rate would be that
high. I always wanted to go to Alaska but I think different now.

Almost all the bad elements of Lousiana have in some way moved to other states as they have nothing to prey on,

Theres got to be another reason. Texas isnt far from Nevada, yet Alaska, which is much further from the Mexican border is number 7.
