I've seen very few in the Houston area that weren't, but I have seen quite a few in outlying areas of both Dallas and Houston that weren't posted correctly.

Several in Austin are posted incorrectly / the old sign.

Richardson Medical Center isn't, at least not by the door I use.

That hospital in Grapevine off of 114 & ... I forget... it's roughly across the highway from a walmart, though... anyway, it is correctly posted. Or at least it was a couple years ago. I suppose they may have come to their senses since then, but I kinda doubt it.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

That's the Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine. RottenApple posted that many of the Baylor Family Health Clinics are not posted or incorrectly posted. So, while I'm surprised they are not, if they can't get it right at one facility I'm not that surprised they can't get it right at any.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.
