I've seen very few in the Houston area that weren't, but I have seen quite a few in outlying areas of both Dallas and Houston that weren't posted correctly.

Richardson Medical Center isn't, at least not by the door I use.

That hospital in Grapevine off of 114 & ... I forget... it's roughly across the highway from a walmart, though... anyway, it is correctly posted. Or at least it was a couple years ago. I suppose they may have come to their senses since then, but I kinda doubt it.

That's the Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine. RottenApple posted that many of the Baylor Family Health Clinics are not posted or incorrectly posted. So, while I'm surprised they are not, if they can't get it right at one facility I'm not that surprised they can't get it right at any.
