Actually, it's not. It's just off the map in the lower right hand corner. The Fulshear Farms Road that can see in the map you posted is on or near their property line. They own 250 acres. From the street location to Nail Road in the area of F.M. 1093 is no more than 3 kilometers. That's nearby in general terms.

I'm not trying to argue anything. Just pointing out the locations of the two spots mentioned in the story.

According to their website, they offer pistol and shotgun. Shotgun range appears oriented to the east.

I could not identify their pistol range. Possibly inside the shed?

It seems highly unlikely that any shooting would have been to the northwest.
