Trimble has a population of 646 people. These small towns usually have a police chief who is also a business owner in town and the Chief job is not his only function. They are probably lucky to have someone who is even as well spoken and presentable as this gentleman is.
Good thing it wasn't Beuford T. Justice of Texarkana!!! :smilelol5:

I'm eastbound and down... :woohoo
You'd be surprised how many there are out there like that. If you go to a rural county that has a fairly low median income and in turn tax base, they don't have the $$$ to hire stellar law enforcement. Many do a good job of recruiting good talent and get a decent person for the job, however, some end up with a less than stellar person as their lead LEO. Here is an example of one case not too far from my home county in the Ozarks http://www.kait8.com/story/14866038/ex- ... urt-monday" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I work for a "big" bank and they have strict no handgun policy. If they didn't I would carry to work. I hate sitting on this side of the bullet resistant glass. I feel like a sitting duck over here! :confused5

I didn't know any banks still had bullet resistant glass inside any more. I remember my mom's bank did for the drive through area that you could also walk up to inside, but that was down stairs from the main banking area. The main area did not have any BR glass.
