You can also try the CSpan app:
http://www.c-span.org/radioapp/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to see if you can just get audio.
Livestation was useless, but the c-span radio app is perfect. Thanks!

I figured as much as a bunch of US stuffed is blocked or banned while trying to view in the US.
That's why you need a proxy. Never tried it with an iPad though. Check out

Rand is STILL doing a great job. I've been doing book work this afternoon and I've been listening to all but
about 2 hours. Got to watch a guy that I'm liking better and better every time I hear or see something about him,
Sen. Ted Cruz. Go Rand, Go Ted.

Instead of reading from a phonebook (no one has those now) they are reading tweets!

Ted Cruz reads William Barrett Travis' letter from the Alamo to see if it encourages Rand Paul. It does.

Paul, et al, have talked about nothing but Constitutional issues during this event... at least in the couple hours (in small blocks of time all day) I have gone into the house to check. The last filibuster I witnessed on C-Span was led by none other than the late great KKKWizard Sen. Robert Byrd blathering about his "little dog Billy", while trying his best to appear to be sane.

I don't know what the timeline is in order to block the vote.... that's the "reason" for the filibuster. I think the actual "goal" of the filibuster has been achieved.... to send a message, loud and clear. The vote will most likely still be held, but a whole lot of ground has been covered in this filibuster that can't be ignored.
