While I agree with your philosophy in general, what happens when LEO's decide to arbitrarily enforce the law?

Same question for citizens who disagree with obeying laws they decide are unjust or immoral.

Would it be: LEO's are possibly fired/jailed and citizens are fined/jailed or both?

Or, am I missing the point?
