sorry I was being a smart aleck not really trying to be mean.
I cannot find anything as far as real property in DCAD about that address nor anything about the city of dallas real property. A BPP account would cover things like office machines, furniture, or cooking equipment. I think the City of Dallas is either hiding or exempt from reporting city owned property and its evaluation. Also the DCAD shows nothing In the real property category for the address nor the Market Hall co Name as REAL property.

Still waiting on the original poster (or anyone else) to come back with any credible source of the assertion that Market Hall is supposedly owned by the City of Dallas. Until such time as proof is provided, I believe it is MISINFORMATION that needs to NOT be circulated.

Unless the Market Hall building has somehow been separated from the Market Center, it appears to be majority owned by CNL Lifestyle Properties Inc. as of 9/30/12
