So, you run each form through your laser printer 3 times? Once for each copy - white, yellow and pink?
Why not just print on regular paper?
I print 2 copies of the CHL-100. I sign one twice and give to the student and I keep a copy. If the student wants a copy I would make it for him or he can copy it elsewhere.
I created a spreadsheet somewhat like Mr. Cotton's (Thanks Charles for all you do. :) ) Mine is not as elaborate. I input the students data, print out a CHL-100 then copy the name and d/l to a CHL-8. After all students have been added, I print 2 copies of the CHL-8.
Sounds like the CHL-8 can be transmitted electronically. Is there a special way to do that? Just mail it to chlinstructor@dps?
I have not tried to create a scan of my signature - yet. I'll have to think about printing my signature too.
