He is on the fence about letting them see it. The best answer he got from them was, "you were stereotyped by our system" I know hispanics with clean records have been suckered to make straw purchases for criminals, so i can belive the comment.

Lets remember this is a post you read on Facebook..... wait everything on FB must be true as this is the internet "rlol"
Everything on facebook is true, and if you be nice, I will share my millions that I'm about to acquire from my overseas family member, that has informed me via email that I've been willed. (I just need to send them my banking information, and I'll be rich!)

They're looking for straw purchases. They go to the address on the 4473 to see if the person who bought the gun still owns it. If so, they leave. I don't know what they do if the gun has been sold because the people I know who had ATF show up at their door either denied entry and told them they still had the gun or showed them the gun, though from a distance. In both cases they left and didn't come back. I doubt denying entry or telling them you sold the gun are sufficient grounds for obtaining a search warrant.

"you were stereotyped by our system"...

What "system" is that???

When we all hear about how it is almost illegal to "profile" anyone who might be stereotyped by ethnic or cultural backgrounds to be suspected of being influenced to commit acts of terror in our country...

See, it is a double-sided blade when you look at it from the side...Not just one edge...

The question that needs to be discussed, would the ATF have the stones to go get that warrant??? In this case???

At which time, if they do go that far...I would scrutinize the warrant before they are allowed to search for anything, to the specifics...Which shall include will they be allowed to touch anything in the house to discover any items they enumerate on the warrant...Namely locked doors, sofa cushions, cabinet doors etc etc etc...

I could go on, and a lawyer may dissagree with my protest, but there are ways to fight this, in my opinion to delay or discoourage their un-Constitutional agenda...

Just my opinion...

I think I'd just let them verify something else I can't mention here.
