As others have said; I'd refer them to Obama for help. None would come, and they'd again be reminded why they need to protect the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution when the time comes.... :patriot: :txflag:

Small depts. don't have the budgets for huge stock piles. Finding practice ammo has become tricky.

As an individual, I don't have the budget for a huge stock pile. Finding practice ammo has become non-existent. I have to hold what I have until normalcy comes back.

I think not. Not because I don't believe in local LEOs training for proficiency, nor because I think they bear any responsibility for the current environment. I simply don't have enough to supply very many people for much training. When it comes down to it, I have to make sure I have enough for me to continue to train and enough self-defense ammo to take care of me and mine if necessary.
