I was helping a friend (re)build his house out in the boonies a while ago, and there wasn't any cell reception on some of his property. That is a great app to know about, though. Seriously, if you tend to miss the sirens, or don't pay attention to the weather forecast much then you need to download the Red Cross Tornado App. It ONLY goes off if there is a Tornado Warning. Very Good app to have.
