I am preparing to submit my application online and i am not sure how to word the notes for the offenses. They were dismissed and expunged with the records sealed, but what exactly do i write about them on the application?

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER lINDA TRIPP GOVT EMPLOYEE..
she had an expungement on a shop lifting charge(she was 17)

The clinton admin got it because she (Pentegon employee I think) Like all CHL applicants must sign off on a release of records.

They were trying to prove something What was it??
