In a crowded theater someone yells "fire" you don't want to start shooting.

I 'heard' about a police agency that used the whistle as a command to fire in training. One day, at a riot, someone blew a whistle..... :(

Did you load one round at a time the instructor course?
The shooting is a proficiency test not a beginner’s class.
