Update btw.
The main entrance has 2 doors. The sign i have a picture of is the first set of doors. You have to walk through those doors and be between the two sets of doors look down, to the right, and THEN you will see another 30.06. I had to walk past this several times because the sign isnt higher than my waist barely and i am 5' 8.
I still understand the point of the "legal to carry IF" sign . Why bother? I am not a tree hugger but seems like a waste?

No, the sign has to be posted if you have a liquor license and make less than 51% of your revenue from the sale of alcohol.

No, the sign has to be posted if you have a liquor license and make less than 51% of your revenue from the sale of alcohol.

The "Unlicensed" sign is a notification that unlicensed carry, which is normally a misdemeanor, becomes a felony once you pass that sign.

The building where I had my knee surgery was posted with a proper 30.06 at the main entrance and a gun buster sign at the side entrance where the pre-admits enter to do paperwork the day before surgery. So did I break the law when I went to pre-admit and carried past the gun buster sign?

The answer to your question may depend upon whether or not you knew of the sign at the main entrance when you carried while entering the side entrance.
