IMO, the girls did an outstanding job handling the situation. From what the article said, they got out of the immediate "danger" situation, established contact with 911, and then pulled over when they established it was a real LEO encounter. Exactly how everything I've read says to handle it.
Not saying that I agree with how the LEOs handled it, far from it. I'm pretty sure they would have been more careful in Texas and many other states for some reason. Just sayin..
