Also a lifer and proud of it. I bought my wife a life membership for her 70th. birthday.

Congratulations!
I got my life membership back in the 90s. Now whenever I see one of those advertisements that says "get a free one-year NRA membership if you buy this product" I figure that year should get added on to the life membership, right? So keep buying stuff and live forever.
