Wow, if we were going after a no bid government project for the City of Austin, this group would be a shoe in.

The other option they considered was to sell it to yje Mexican drug cartels.

Yeah, but possession of military ammo in Mexico is a crime.

Here's a wild and crazy idea, stop buying new until you've used what is on hand. How much have they bought in the last year or two? Ridiculous.
