This. I have attended this seminar twice, and it wouldn't be bad advice to do it once a year, just to remind yourself of what you can and can't do. I'm pretty sure that threatening to kill a man for approaching you is NOT one of the things you can do; and the reason the OP got away with it is because there was nobody else there to overhear it.Abraham wrote:Tango 1,
I'm glad everything worked out with your encounters, but you need more information about your responsibilities as a CHL holder.
Look into Charles Cottons CHL and the law classes. They're always very interesting and could quite possibly keep you out of jail if you have another potentially violent encounter.
