Why not just put up a 'No Crimes Allowed Here' sign. At least that would get straight to the point.

Yeah, no armed robber wearing a disguise and carrying a backpack would dare enter a bank with a sign like that.
Create a more secure atmosphere for members, as well as employees.
Reduce the risk for robberies.
Increase visibility of suspicious individuals.
Reduce bank fraud and identity theft.
