Seems to me that there is just one bucket full of rights for the whole world. Russia gets more rights every time an area or areas here in the US loses some of theirs. Washington State passes draconian background check requirements, Russian relaxes some gun control; I am confused. I continue to remember when I was in Germany,listen to Pravda and laugh about their state controlled media, their anti religious bias and etc. Now it seems more and more the shoe is on the other foot.

Hahaha, no, I have no intention of going to prison, nor do I ever have any intention of going to Mexico. It would be nice though, I like Russia, but... <EDIT> It's not always the friendliest place to outsiders.

Our A.G. Needs to send them a letter of reciprocity and see if they will sign it.

That would be a good way to start better relations! Why not try? What's the worst they can say, NO?

I don't have Russian keys on this computer, my alternate boards are at home, so I tried to stay simple with only English comparable letters. And I wasn't trying to say "not yet" anyway. Read up a ways, you'll see why I put that. I don't know what "NYET" means, but it isn't in my vocabulary of words. (Thread drift)
