A Glock sight pusher is ~$100. Not really economically feasible if you only have one gun.
The Dude beat me to it. I installed tritium sights on two Glocks and I don't have a sight pusher. Both sight sets came with a tool for removing the factory sights.

If the sights were installed on a Tuesday and you shot it the next day on Wednesday, it is possible that the adhesive had not completely set. I've had several sights installed on several different Glocks and was told each time to allow at least 24 hours for them to set before shooting with them. Never really having the time to do so the following day, I've usually ended up waiting several days before shooting with new sights. I have yet to have a sight fall off.
