If you can attach a picture to an email, this message board is no different.

Edit your post, then directly below and to the left of where you click "Submit" to post your remark, you'll find this:
Click on it, then you will find this, click on it again. You will be given a pop up to add files. Once you have added the files, look for the "Place Inline" options, so people can view them easily on their phones:
