What is your point?[/quote]
You doubtless saw that I quoted from the Wikipedia article about the Ambassador's education, his most recent offices held and his personal life.
That is what I would include in a post about anyone, essential details that show a person's background, history, salient facts about personal life. If the "personal life" revealed he was married and had 3 kids, I would have either quoted or summarized that. Similarly I would have mentioned his religion, were it included as Wikipedia bios often do.

The left just loves to label those they are "Phobic" about (thought I'd use their favorite word) like pro-gun people.
Thanks for making my point......the left loves to use these buzz words. And you are making it easy for them to use.

Maybe his point is that he doesn't love his partner enough to want to defend him with a firearm in the home, if it comes to that. Maybe if his partner would agree to marry him, he might feel differently and get a gun.

Maybe he has no point.

Thank you for making JALLEN's case for him. He said as much. You were awful quick to jump on him without considering the possibility of his entirely rational explanation (below):

WTR, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

WTR,
Do you think those of us on this board should constrain ourselves into posting what the left would find agreeable or pleasing, fearing if we didn't there'd be leftist intolerance/backlash?
Oh heaven, forfend, we (mostly conservatives) actually post what we think rather than walk the P.C. walk.
I don't give a tinker's darn what the left think of us pro-gun/conservatives.
I place zero credence in their opinion.

Not a day to argue......Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.....and everyone for that matter.

It helps to be sufficiently secure in your values and believes that the mere mention of something other or different than yours does not throw you into apoplectic frenzy of irrational disdain, knee jerk name calling, horror or other maladies of the mind and spirit. The clarity this produces permits thinking in many situations.
Through years of constant effort at this, I've made a great deal of progress, except when it comes to the socialists formerly known as Democrats.

WTR,
Now we're in alignment.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too.
Right now, I can barely move. First it was a turkey full of stuffing. Now, I'm the turkey full of stuffing!
P.S. I find a bit of arguing fun...

You're going to have to promote a certain political agenda somewhere else. Stop now.

There's nothing funny about you at all. You've already had one post deleted because you used an insulting and derogatory term to describe people who disagree with a particular political agenda. Stop now -- last warning.
