Does he belong in my house. No.

He is a threat. Bang.

The problem with giving them the opportunity to leave is that they might return more prepared in an hour, day, or week, possibly with accomplices, and the homeowner would have to remain vigilant and have their home guarded when away. In other words, once someone invades a home they are an ongoing threat that must be stopped and captured.

I'm betting the weight of a .44 mag, probably shot DA, long trigger pull. Probably was aiming/pointing center mass or head.

Too bad he didn't bleed out. Now we have to pay his medical bills and house him for 15-20 years.

Bottom line though, she stopped the threat and protected herself and kids. :anamatedbanana Give the lady more ammo!! :fire
