Isn't this sort of splitting hairs? One would assume "conspicuous" and "clearly visible" means "likely to be seen." If you enter through entrance A and there's no sign, but there's a sign at entrance B way around on the other side of the building, that's not very "conspicuous."

its not splitting hairs, its what the law says, but it also says that you have a defense if you didn't see the sign.
