I bought one of his holsters, same design, slightly different colors. On mine, he hollowed out the backing of the first layer of leather to accommodate the backing of the concho. This should help with the holster wear on my 1911.
Superb construction indeed. I have been pleased with it.

Maverick, I'd like to know what the inside looks like. Is it lined or rough textured? Looked at his site but it wasn't mentioned.
