Okay we went to Mardi gras Galveston. As soon as you walk in there is a sign stating no weapons allowed. then you get padded down. After that you get wanded. If it picks anything up you get Padded down again by a leo. Almost every building is posted 51% or no gun allowed signs. If it wasnt for the balcony we were on it would have been the worst experience in my life. I was very happy to see everywhere you looked there was some form of leo from DPS to HPD.

I think next year I am going to watch the parade from my recliner.

I didn't go thru all that stuff and 99.9% of the 51% signs are not real. hmmm and yes I was there Saturday and saw none of this
