I have 4 zeros in my Inst # and the zeros havent printed before my final 4 #s since Nov or December if i am remembering correctly

However I did a group of 20 winter Texans a few weeks back and it would not print the letters before their # so I inked them in by hand..

anyone else run into this?

I have found that if documents automatically take off the Zeros in front of id numbers, the agency accepts them. I am sure that might only apply to documents or fill forms generated by the agency for use.
