It's completely believable that the government would consult with someone who shoots up the floor and can't pass a simple LTC test.

I stopped at "Chipped the floor."

You got me! Big mistake! You wouldn't believe what was going through my mind while reading your little story. Most I can't repeat here. This just isn't right. You just took seconds off of my life due to the stress, and anxiety you caused me. My heart is still pounding which is something I would like to do to you. You better hope I never run into you on the street. I'm tempted to have my lawyers hunt you down and sue you for everything you have.
